Description
The Rossignol Blackops Escaper is a lightweight, fun and playful all-mountain ski that offers a lot of versatility both inside and outside the boundaries of the resort. Rossignol is able to keep the weight down in this ski by using a Paulownia wood core. In the extremities of the ski, you will find Rossignol Damp Tech which is a rubber material added to the core for vibration damping and stability overall. Camber underfoot along with rocker in the tip and tail is the perfect recipe for an all-mountain ski as you get stability and edge hold from the camber and versatility from the rocker. As awesome of a ski this is inside the ropes, it is plenty light enough to be used as a free-touring option thanks to the simplistic construction, Air Tip technology and the Paulownia wood core. You could pair this ski with a hybrid binding and use it as a 50/50 ski just fine, or mount it up with a true alpine binding and use this ski as a daily driver. Fun, light, versatile and easy to ski. What more could you rally ask for in an all-mountain ski? Because it’s not too heavy or demanding, the Escaper caters to a wide range of skiers of many different ski styles. If you’re looking for playful, light, energetic and smooth, the Rossignol Blackops Escaper is a great choice.
